(NEW) Discover Shams, the solar power plant in Madinat Zayed that is a pioneering renewable energy project in the UAE. This trip includes a visit to Al Dhafrah Innovation Centre—a fascinating hub showcasing the latest in sustainable technology and research where students can witness the magic of renewable energy in action. This trip offers a fun and enlightening experience for school trips, inspiring students about the future of clean energy and innovation through hands-on workshops related to solar energy, energy competitions, and more.

• Program Includes: Tour, treasure hunt, and a workshop of choice

• Location: Masdar City, Abu Dhabi
• Cost: Starting from 105 AED per person (Lunch can be included for an additional cost)
• Duration: 3 hours
• Minimum per day: 12 pax
• Maximum per day: 60 pax

• Engaging and interactive tour where students get exposed to sustainability firsthand through new technology, traditional and modern passive design, renewable energy, and much more.
• Riding driverless cars and buses as alternative means of transportation
• Competing in a treasure hunt around the city
• Conducting an environmental audit for the city on how it could be improved to become even more sustainable/sustainable design workshop (additional)

• Cost: Starting from 120 AED per person (breakfast can be added)
• Duration: 2 - 2.5 hours
• Minimum per day: 15 pax

• Engaging indoor tour where students get exposed to green indoor spaces while understanding the concepts of sustainable lifestyle + design

Modern Hydroponics Farm Educational Program (Video here)

• Location: Rahba, Abu Dhabi
• Cost: Starting from 135 AED per person (breakfast included)
• Duration: 3 hours
• Minimum per day: 12 pax

Includes:

• Engaging and interactive farm tour where students get exposed to modern techniques in agriculture such as hydroponics and aquaponics
• Students interact with the farm animals (animal feeding included)

Jebel Ali Recycling Facility Educational Program (Video Here)

• Location: Dubai
• Cost: Starting from 80 AED per person (additional depending on advanced workshops)
• Duration: 2 hours to 2.5 hours
• Minimum per day: 12 pax
• Maximum per day: 100 pax

Description:

Join us on this program to make the UAE more sustainable! You will get to learn about innovative alternatives to sending our waste to landfill by exploring how the waste you collect at home and school is processed, recycled, or up-cycled into new material.

Includes:

• Engaging in an interactive facility tour where students will be able to discuss different topics related to the waste management process
• Get introduced to different waste streams and machinery on-site
• Competing in various recycling & sorting workshops
• Learn about recycling and waste management in the UAE
• Upcycled Wall Painting Workshop
• Understand the impact of waste on the environment
